LHH has partnered with a fast-growing client in SOMA to find a proactive and collaborative IT Support professional for a contract-to-hire opportunity. This hybrid role (3 days in-office) offers the chance to work with a dynamic and supportive IT team in a highly visible position focused on onboarding, asset management, and hands-on technical support. About the Role:

You’ll be responsible for ensuring a smooth experience for end users—from onboarding and device setup to resolving day-to-day technical issues. The ideal candidate will be a resourceful problem-solver who thrives in collaborative settings and is eager to grow their skills in both technical and operational areas.


Responsibilities:

  • Perform onboarding and offboarding tasks, including account setup, deactivation, and device provisioning

  • Handle password resets, account lockouts, and user access troubleshooting

  • Set up and maintain Zoom rooms and conference equipment

  • Manage devices and IT assets using Rippling

  • Respond to support requests via Slack and in-person

  • Collaborate with IT team members to resolve technical issues

  • Maintain internal documentation using Notion and Linear


Primary Focus Areas:

  1. User onboarding/offboarding and account access – ~40%

  2. Device and asset management – ~35%

  3. Zoom room support and general IT troubleshooting – ~25%


Tech Environment:

  • Rippling (Asset Management)

  • Linear and Notion (Project & Documentation Tools)

  • Slack (Internal Communication)

  • Zoom, macOS, and Windows systems
