Medical Billing Team Lead

Location: Phoenix, AZ 85051

Pay Rate: $22-$23 per hour (depending on experience)

Schedule: M-F 8:00am-5:00pm

Responsibilities:

• Act as the point of contact for the team when the supervisor is out of the office

• Coordinate the work of the team, including delegating tasks and ensuring that tasks are completed on time

• Assist with billing and insurance issues as needed

• Maintain a clean and organized work environment

• Provide support and guidance to team members as needed

Requirements:

• 3-4 years of solid tenure in a billing role

• Management or lead experience

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks

• Detail-oriented and highly organized

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs
