LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently recruiting a Payroll HR Specialist for our client in San Francisco, CA. This full-time position offers a hybrid work environment with 3 days onsite and 2 days remote.

The Payroll HR Specialist will act as a point of contact for HR requests and inquiries, oversee the leave management process, enter data into HRIS, process bi-weekly payroll, and assist managers with recruitment process. This role would be a great fit for someone with payroll and HR experience with excellent attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

· Act as liaison for employees for all HR and Payroll related requests and inquiries, including payroll, benefits, company policies, and onboarding/offboarding processes

· Process bi-weekly payroll for employees

· Responsible for archiving HR-related records

· Manage PTO and leave of absence programs

· Assist hiring managers with the recruitment process, including job offer letters, onboarding and offboarding

· Maintain internal records and enter data into HRIS or payroll system

· Keep up to date with changes to federal, state, and local employment and benefit laws

Qualifications:

· 3+ years of multi-state payroll experience required

· Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience required

· Proficiency with Word, Excel and Powerpoint

· Experience with Zenefits, Paycor or other HRIS systems preferred

· Excellent customer service skills

· Strong organizational and communication skills

· Great attention to detail

· Ability to handle and maintain confidential information with discretion
