MUST BE FLUENT IN SPANISH
We are working with our client who is seeking a Temporary Receptionist (MUST BE FLUENT IN SPANISH) to join their team in San Francisco! This role is perfect for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys keeping an office running smoothly.
Responsibilities:
Answer and direct phone calls professionally.
Manage document indexing, scanning, and organization.
Sort and distribute mail and packages.
Restock office supplies and maintain an organized workspace.
Keep the office tidy and presentable.
Provide general administrative support as needed.
Qualifications:
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required.
Experience with document management, indexing, and scanning.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
A positive attitude and great personality!
Pay Details: $23.00 to $24.00 per hour
