Job Title: Contract Recruiter – Commercial (Sales)
Location: San Francisco, CA (Hybrid – minimum 2 days onsite per week)
Employment Type: Contract

Pay: $55-60 per hour

Overview:


A leading data collaboration and privacy-forward technology platform is seeking an experienced Contract Recruiter to support commercial and sales hiring needs. This recruiter will work closely with internal Talent Acquisition and business leaders to attract top go-to-market (GTM) talent. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in full-cycle recruiting within SaaS, ad tech, enterprise software, or data-driven platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Talent Acquisition and business leaders to understand hiring needs and define success profiles for GTM functions (Sales, Account Management, Customer Success, Business Development, Pre-Sales)

  • Source, attract, and engage qualified commercial/sales professionals aligned with industry needs

  • Deliver a high-touch, values-driven candidate experience from outreach to onboarding

  • Share regular market insights and recommendations to improve hiring strategies

  • Maintain inclusive hiring practices and support diversity, equity, and belonging initiatives

  • Collaborate with other recruiters and departments to meet high-volume and time-sensitive hiring goals

  • Utilize ATS systems (preferably Workday), LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing platforms to track and manage candidate activity

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 8–10+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience focused on commercial/sales roles

  • Strong experience in SaaS, ad tech, or identity/data platform recruiting

  • Deep knowledge of sourcing strategies and building diverse talent pipelines

  • Understanding of GTM organizational structures and success profiles

  • Ability to influence and collaborate with senior leaders

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

  • Proven commitment to exceptional candidate experience and inclusive hiring

Preferred Skills & Background:

  • Experience recruiting for global or multi-market GTM teams

  • Background in supporting startups, high-growth, or transformative tech environments

  • Proficiency in recruitment analytics, sourcing tools, and ATS platforms (Workday preferred)

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or a related field preferred

Additional Details:

  • This is a contract position with duration and hours determined based on business needs

  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S.

  • Hybrid work schedule required (minimum two days onsite in San Francisco)



Pay Details: $55.00 to $60.00 per hour
