Recruiter (San Francisco/Bay Area or Sacramento)

LHH is teaming up with a mission-driven organization in California in search of a Recruiter to support talent acquisition efforts across multiple departments.

The ideal candidate is experienced in recruiting for finance roles and has a strong understanding of HR, IT, Legal, and niche social impact positions. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems—especially Ashby—is a plus. The right person is detail-oriented, responsive to direction, and comfortable reviewing resumes and elevating qualified candidates to hiring managers. Experience working within structured or unionized environments is helpful.

• Review and screen resumes for multiple open roles.

• Elevate qualified candidates to the hiring team for consideration.

• Support the interview process and candidate coordination.

• Potentially manage 1–2 requisitions independently under guidance.

• Maintain compliance with internal hiring procedures.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience recruiting for finance roles is required.

• Experience with HR, IT, Legal, or social impact roles is preferred.

• Familiarity with Ashby ATS and ADP is a plus.

• Ability to follow structured hiring processes in a union environment.

• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Location: Remote (Candidates based in the San Francisco/Bay Area or Sacramento are preferred)
Hours: Full-time, standard business hours
Pay Rate: $35-$41/hour, depending on experience
