Class Action - Claims Contract Attorney

Location: Remote

Position Overview:

We are in search of adept attorneys to join our client's project team, focusing on antitrust and data breach cases. This role is pivotal and extends beyond typical eDiscovery document review. As a Claims Contract Attorney, you will be instrumental in scrutinizing claim documents, drafting detailed responses, and delivering outstanding customer service to both internal and external clients.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Examine claim documents and create thorough responses to intricate written inquiries.
• Address complex phone inquiries from claimants and their counsel.
• Receive direction and oversight from project directors, managers, and coordinators.
• Provide exceptional customer service with the highest standards of professionalism, responsiveness, and quality.

Required Qualifications:

• Active license in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• Preferred litigation experience.
• Experience with class action and/or mass tort cases is advantageous.
• Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.
• Flexible and customer-centric approach.
