Our client is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Document Reviewer Attorney who is fluent in Japanese. This is a remote position, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reviewing and analyzing legal documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Review and analyze legal documents in Japanese and English.
Ensure documents comply with relevant laws and regulations.
Identify and summarize key information and issues in documents.
Collaborate with other legal professionals and departments as needed.
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Qualifications:
Juris Doctor (JD) degree or equivalent legal qualification.
Bar admission in any jurisdiction.
Fluency in Japanese and English, both written and spoken.
Strong analytical and research skills.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in document review or related legal work.
Familiarity with legal terminology and procedures in both Japanese and English.
Proficiency in using legal research tools and software.
Pay Details: $25.00 to $45.00 per hour
