Senior Property Manager/ Property Manager - Full-Time, On-Site

The Senior Property Manager or Property Manager oversees a portfolio of commercial properties and/or residential and reports to the Associate Director of Property Management. This full-time, on-site role requires travel between multiple campuses. We are looking for candidates in the following locations: Sacramento County, Contra Costa, San Francisco, CA, Silicon Valley.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with lease terms by both landlord and tenants.

  • Manage lease documentation, abstracting, and billing processes.

  • Oversee CAM calculations, estimates, and reconciliations.

  • Maintain and prepare vacant spaces for tours.

  • Support lease negotiations and documentation.

  • Keep floor plans and suite conditions updated.

  • Prepare monthly reports and annual budgets.

  • Monitor expenses and variances.

  • Coordinate with accounting for accurate financial reporting.

  • Source, vet, and manage vendor contracts and COIs.

  • Ensure timely execution and compliance with service agreements.

  • Lead tenant improvement and capital projects.

  • Manage work ticket systems and coordinate with engineering teams.

  • Conduct regular property inspections and ensure maintenance standards.

  • Monitor rent collections and delinquencies.

  • Coordinate legal actions and tenant communications as needed.

  • Foster strong tenant relationships and address concerns promptly.

  • Support marketing and tenant engagement initiatives.

  • Train and mentor team members on policies and growth opportunities.

  • Maintain organized documentation and shared drive records.

  • Understand and communicate unique operational aspects of each property.

Qualifications

  • 5-10 years of property management or SR Property Management or Assistant Property Management experience, Manager roles require 3+ years in leadership.

  • Bachelors degree in business, related field or equivalent experience depending on opportunity

  • Strong financial, negotiation, and project management skills.

  • Proficient in MS Office; experience with Yardi and Angus is a plus.

  • Knowledge in one or more of the following: AppFolio, Yardi, MRI, RealPage

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary: $90,000-$165,000, depending on experience.



Pay Details: $90,000.00 to $165,000.00 per year
