Salary Range: This posting is a representative sample of the types of roles we typically place with our clients. Depending on the specific client, location, and role, the salary range is estimated to be $75,000 to $85,000 and benefits may include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and 401K plan. Our program provides employees the flexibility to choose the type of coverage that meets their individual needs. Available paid leave may include Paid Sick Leave, where required by law; any other paid leave required by Federal, State, or local law; and Holiday pay upon meeting eligibility criteria.
Responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to:
- Develop and maintain demand forecasts based on historical data, market trends, and sales input.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure optimal stock levels to meet customer demand.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and production teams to align demand forecasts with business objectives.
- Analyze and report on demand trends, inventory performance, market trends and supply chain metrics.
- Identify and mitigate potential supply chain disruptions and risks.
- Implement and manage demand planning software and tools.
- Participate in the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process.
- Continuously improve demand planning processes and methodologies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management or business administration or related field preferred
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in demand planning, supply chain management, or a similar role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in demand planning software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of inventory management and supply chain best practices.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
Pay Details: $75,000.00 to $85,000.00 per year
