Administrative Assistant
Customer Service & Support
LHH is partnering with a non-profit organization based in San Francisco in seeking an Admin Assistant to join their team. The Admin Assistant will work closely with our Development Director to secure and manage grants that support their mission and programs.
Pay: $25-27/hour
Location: San Francisco
Work Type: Fully Onsite
Temp Duration: 3-6 months
Responsibilities
- Identify potential grant opportunities and conduct research to understand their requirements and eligibility criteria.
- Prepare grant proposals, applications, and reports in a timely and professional manner.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with funders and grant-making organizations.
- Coordinate with program staff to gather information needed for grant applications and reports.
- Ensure compliance with grant requirements and regulations.
- Maintain accurate records and files of all grant-related activities and documents.
- Assist with other fundraising activities as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred
- Minimum of two years of experience in grant administration or a related field.
- Knowledge of grant application and reporting processes.
- Strong writing and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with program staff and external partners.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database management.
