Job Summary:

LHH is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Trademark Paralegal to support a client’s attorneys in managing domestic and international trademark portfolios. This role involves preparing filings, managing deadlines, and coordinating with clients and foreign associates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and file trademark applications with the USPTO and international trademark offices

  • Manage trademark docketing systems and monitor deadlines

  • Draft and review client correspondence and reports

  • Conduct preliminary trademark searches and assist with clearance efforts

  • Coordinate with foreign counsel on international filings and renewals

  • Support attorneys in enforcement actions and opposition proceedings

  • Maintain accurate records and documentation for all trademark matters


Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in trademark law

  • Familiarity with USPTO procedures and international trademark systems

  • Proficiency in trademark docketing software (e.g., CPI, WebTMS)

  • Strong organizational and communication skills

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

  • Paralegal certificate or equivalent experience preferred



Pay Details: $35.00 to $62.00 per hour
