Job Summary:
LHH is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Trademark Paralegal to support a client’s attorneys in managing domestic and international trademark portfolios. This role involves preparing filings, managing deadlines, and coordinating with clients and foreign associates.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and file trademark applications with the USPTO and international trademark offices
Manage trademark docketing systems and monitor deadlines
Draft and review client correspondence and reports
Conduct preliminary trademark searches and assist with clearance efforts
Coordinate with foreign counsel on international filings and renewals
Support attorneys in enforcement actions and opposition proceedings
Maintain accurate records and documentation for all trademark matters
Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in trademark law
Familiarity with USPTO procedures and international trademark systems
Proficiency in trademark docketing software (e.g., CPI, WebTMS)
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Paralegal certificate or equivalent experience preferred
Pay Details: $35.00 to $62.00 per hour
