Join Our Dynamic Team as a Word Processing Operator!
Location: San Francisco, CA
LHH is partnering with a prestigious law firm in San Francisco to find a talented Word Processing Operator for a full-time position. If you have a keen eye for detail and a passion for precision, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
Perform word processing tasks, including typing, revising, and combining various documents.
Scan and OCR documents using Omnipage.
Follow verbal and written instructions to format and finalize documents.
Transcribe voicemails, hearings, news reports, and more.
Copy files to USB drives and manage digital files.
Experience & Skills:
Prior experience as a Word Processor.
Proficient in e-filing with state and federal courts, including ECF/PACER.
Skilled in document formatting, including pleadings, citations, TOA, and TOC creation.
Proficient with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat, DocuSign, Sharefile, iManage, Outlook, Westlaw, OneLegal, and File and Serve.
Role Requirements:
Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
Onsite training in San Francisco for 3-6 months.
Hybrid work model post-training: 3 days onsite, 2 days remote.
This posting is a representative sample of the types of roles we typically place with our clients. Depending on the specific client, location, and role, the salary range is estimated to be $70,000 to $75,000 and benefits may include medical, dental, vision, and 401k plans.
Pay Details: $70,000.00 to $75,000.00 per year
