LHH Recruitment Solutions is looking to fill an Accounts Receivable Clerk job opportunity for this South Bay company located in San Jose, CA. This position is 100% in-office. The right candidate should have at least 3 years of experience as an Accounts Receivable professional. The position will report to the Senior Revenue Manager and utilize your accounts receivable and billing expertise to support and lead parts of the revenue process.

Responsibilities:


  • Handle daily billing and collection activities

  • Handle inquires by customers resolving any collection and billing matter

  • AR account reconciliation (AR subledger to general ledger reconciliations)

  • Prepare monthly reconciliations of Sales and Use Tax

  • Assist with the monthly financial statement close activities

  • Assist with the annual audit

  • Assist on projects as assigned


Qualifications:


  • Strong well-rounded knowledge of Accounts Receivable (Billing & Collections)

  • Solid knowledge of accounting and knowing your general accounting debits and credits (GAAP)

  • Software experience with Microsoft Dynamics would be a plus. Previous large ERP experience preferred

  • A team player, able to work independently, and be self-motivated

  • Attention to detail, analytical, multi-task oriented, and strong time management skills

  • Strong communications (written & verbal)

  • Comfortable with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & Outlook)


Experience: 3 years of Accounts Receivable experience (Billing & Collections)
