The Business Systems Analyst will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and managing Smartsheet solutions to enhance business operations across various departments. This position demands a thorough understanding of business processes and the ability to convert requirements into scalable, user-friendly tools within Smartsheet. The analyst will be the go-to expert for Smartsheet, supporting automation, data management, collaboration, and continuous workflow optimization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deploy tailored Smartsheet solutions, including dashboards, workflows, forms, reports, and automations.

  • Act as an assistant administrator for the Smartsheet platform, overseeing user access permissions, data governance, and system configurations.

  • Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable Smartsheet-based tools.

  • Monitor the adoption and usage of Smartsheet tools, continuously seeking improvements based on user feedback and evolving needs.

  • Create training materials and standard operating procedures (SOPs); conduct onboarding and ongoing training sessions for new and existing users.

  • Ensure compliance with data security standards and administer platform settings to maintain compliance.

  • Collaborate with IT, Operations, Service Management, Project Management, HR, and other teams to support their use of the platform.

  • Troubleshoot issues that arise and serve as the liaison with Smartsheet Support, escalating issues when necessary.

  • Stay updated with new Smartsheet features and advocate for innovation within the platform.

    Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

  • At least 3 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or in a similar role.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and experience in building solutions and administering Smartsheet in a business environment.

  • Automation skills with advanced features such as Control Center, Dynamic View, Data Shuttle, WorkApps, and Bridge.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and workflows.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

  • Proven ability to lead projects from concept through execution.

  • Experience with other business systems (Sage CRE, SharePoint, or ERP systems) is preferred.



Pay Details: $75,000.00 to $95,000.00 per year
