LHH Recruitment Solutions is hiring a Part Time Medical Receptionist for our healthcare client located right outside Downtown San Jose. This position will be a contract-to-hire opportunity and 100% onsite and a part-time (20 hours/week) position.

This role will be focused on all aspects of the front office, including checking patients in/out, helping with phone correspondence, scheduling patient appointments, collecting copays, and creating a warm environment for all who enter the clinic environment.

• High School Diploma
• Minimum 2 years healthcare administrative experience
• Proficiency working within Epic EMR System

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, especially over the phone
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and adapt to different tasks throughout the day
• Can work well under pressure and meet deadlines when needed
• Ability to prioritize and remain organized
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
