Program Manager IV – Onsite in San Jose, CA (One-Year Contract)
LHH has partnered with our client to identify an experienced Program Manager IV for a one-year contract role working onsite in San Jose, California.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic environment where you’ll lead complex, cross-functional projects that drive business success.
Position Overview:
The Program Manager IV will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering projects on time and within budget while coordinating across multiple teams. The ideal candidate will have strong experience managing complex programs, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage large-scale, cross-functional programs from initiation through delivery.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure alignment of project goals and deliverables.
Identify and mitigate risks, resolving issues quickly to keep projects on track.
Provide regular status updates to stakeholders and senior leadership.
Foster collaboration across engineering, operations, product management, and other teams.
Drive process improvements and best practices in program management.
Required Qualifications:
8+ years of program or project management experience, ideally in a complex technical environment.
Proven success leading cross-functional teams and delivering programs on time and within scope.
Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions quickly.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (advanced degree a plus).
Details:
Location: Onsite in San Jose, CA.
Type: One-Year Contract.
Schedule: Full-time, onsite engagement.
