LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Patient Registration Rep to assist patients in the front office in San Luis Obispo, CA. This is a contract position for an established, large healthcare organization. Excellent opportunity to get recognized by a great company!
Responsibilities
Provide excellent customer service in person, over the phone, and via email.
Meet and greet patients, verify demographics, insurance, and payment collection if needed.
Check-in patients, check-out patients, schedule appointments, and scan documents.
Experience
3 or more years of healthcare Administrative experience with use of EPIC.
Understand medical terminology.
GED or HS Diploma required.
Employment Type: 3 month contract to start
Schedule: Tuesday-Friday, 12pm-9pm and Saturday 830-530

Pay Details: $22.00 to $24.60 per hour
