A well-established healthcare organization in North County, San Marcos, is looking for a Clerical Receptionist to join their expanding team. This position offers a paid training program, opportunities for growth, and a competitive pay rate of $23.42 per hour. The ideal candidate must have full availability to work 8-hour shifts, 5 days a week, between Monday and Sunday, from 6:00am to 10:30pm.

Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a professional and friendly manner
Answer and direct incoming calls, taking messages when necessary
Manage and distribute incoming and outgoing mail
Assist with general clerical tasks, including data entry and filing
Coordinate appointments and meetings
Maintain office supplies and inventory
Handle patient check-in/check-out procedures
Perform operational functions, process payments and billing inquiries
Provide administrative support to various departments as needed
Handle inquiries and provide information about the organization and its services
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Intermediate use of Microsoft Office Suite
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Previous receptionist or clerical experience is preferred but not required
Must have reliable transportation
Working Hours:
Monday-Sunday
Full availability 5 days a week, 8-hour shifts ranging from 6:00am-10:30pm PST
40 hours per week
No overtime hours
