Job Title: Clerical Receptionist

Location: San Marcos, San Diego, CA


Schedule: Full-Time | 5 days/week | 8-hour shifts | Open availability required (Monday–Sunday, 6:00 AM–10:30 PM)



LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a dependable and professional Clerical Receptionist to support our front office operations in San Marcos. The ideal candidate will be flexible, organized, and customer-service oriented, with the ability to work a variety of shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and check in visitors, clients, and vendors in a friendly and professional manner

  • Answer and route incoming phone calls promptly and accurately

  • Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, or services

  • Handle incoming/outgoing mail and deliveries

  • Perform accurate data entry and maintain organized records and files

  • Provide general administrative and clerical support to office staff

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of front desk and common areas

  • Operate office equipment such as copiers, fax machines, and printers


Requirements:

  • Must have open availability to work any 8-hour shift Monday through Sunday between 6:00 AM and 10:30 PM

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Previous clerical or receptionist experience preferred

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable using office technology

  • Strong communication and organizational skills

  • CA Drivers License is required
