Highlights:

  • Must be fully vaccinated for COVID19

  • Must be ok w/ a hybrid schedule in San Rafael, CA (3 days on-site, 2 days remote) - if they want to do a 6am/6:30am start to beat traffic that is fine - a lot of the team does that and then leaves by 3pm/ 3:30pm.

  • 2+ years of experience in a Supervisor or leadership role

    • This position will have 2 HRIS direct reports. The # of past direct reports isn't important to them but if they have managed a lot of people 10+ they might questions why they would want to take a step back to overseeing a smaller team

  • 5+ years of progressive HR data/ HR data flows and HR systems experience at an administrator level (super user / power user - someone who has done configurations of the system)

    • They have to understand data and how data flows. This role is more than just running reports, they will deal with complex queries and various business units - pulling data from 5 different fields so need to understand how it's calculated / intense backend configurations

  • Must have recent experience/ Familiarity with CA Payroll

  • Must have experience doing Project Management as 10% of past job experience. In this role it will be 50% of the job - they need to be ready / capable of doing it 50% of job -

    • Include how many years of Project Management experience they have

    • Include what type of Projects they have worked on

    • Include what Project Management software they have used - they use Smartsheets and Clarizon - those are nice to haves but not mandatory

  • Experience planning and executing large-scale complex HRIS implementations (at least 2)

    • Explain in detail the implementations they have done

    • Hesitant about consultants bc they want people who have had to live w/ the work they have done (not someone who has moved from project to project) - open to consultants like this but we would need to speak to why they would be able to overcome this).



Pay Details: $125,000.00 to $150,000.00 per year
