The Student Evaluation Specialist plays a crucial role in assessing student performance, ensuring that our educational programs meet the highest standards. This position involves working closely with faculty, staff, and students to gather and analyze data, provide feedback, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our academic offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and manage assessment tools and processes to evaluate student performance across various programs.

  • Analyze assessment data to identify trends, areas of improvement, and successes in student learning.

  • Collaborate with faculty to develop and refine assessment methods that align with course objectives and institutional goals.

  • Provide detailed reports and feedback to faculty, academic departments, and administration on student outcomes.

  • Support the development of individualized learning plans based on assessment results.

  • Coordinate with academic advisors and support services to ensure students receive appropriate interventions and resources.

  • Conduct workshops and training sessions for faculty on best practices in student assessment and evaluation.

  • Stay current on trends and best practices in educational assessment and incorporate them into the institution's evaluation processes.

  • Ensure compliance with accreditation standards and institutional policies related to student assessment.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in student assessment, educational evaluation, or a similar role within an educational institution.

  • Strong knowledge of assessment methods, tools, and best practices in education.

  • Experience with data analysis and reporting, including proficiency in relevant software (e.g., Excel, SPSS, etc.).

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment.



Pay Details: $19.00 to $25.00 per hour
