LHH is seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to join one of our clients in Sandy Springs, GA. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the office. This role is pivotal in managing daily office tasks, coordinating schedules, and assisting with various projects to support the team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Office Management: Oversee daily office operations, including maintaining office supplies, managing correspondence, and ensuring a clean and organized workspace.

  • Scheduling and Coordination: Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments for team members. Ensure all meetings are well-organized and necessary materials are prepared in advance.

  • Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications. Handle phone calls, emails, and inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.

  • Document Preparation: Prepare, edit, and format documents, reports, and presentations. Ensure all documents are accurate and professionally presented.

  • Data Entry and Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records and databases. Perform data entry tasks and ensure all information is up-to-date and easily accessible.

  • Event Planning: Assist in planning and coordinating company events, meetings, and conferences. Handle logistics, catering, and other event-related tasks.

  • Support to Team Members: Provide administrative support to various departments as needed. Assist with special projects and tasks to support the overall team.

  • Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and discretion.

Requirements:

  • Experience: A minimum of 1-2 years of demonstrated experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a comparable role.

  • Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.

  • Adaptability: Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Professionalism: Strong interpersonal skills and a professional demeanor. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Education: Associates degree or equivalent; additional qualifications as an Administrative Assistant or Secretary will be a plus.



Pay Details: $23.00 to $25.00 per hour
