LHH is seeking a Benefits Analyst in Sandy Springs, GA. You will play a crucial role in the design, administration, and communication of employee benefits programs. This role requires analytical expertise, strong attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure our benefits offerings meet the needs of our employees while aligning with organizational goals.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Benefits Administration:



    • Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee perks.


    • Act as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries regarding benefits, eligibility, and coverage.


    • Process benefits enrollments, changes, and terminations, ensuring accurate and timely updates in the HRIS.


  • Data Analysis and Reporting:



    • Analyze benefits data to assess program effectiveness and identify trends or areas for improvement.


    • Prepare and present reports on benefits utilization, costs, and compliance.


    • Conduct periodic audits of benefits data to ensure accuracy and adherence to company policies and regulations.


  • Vendor Management:



    • Liaise with benefits vendors and insurance carriers to manage relationships and resolve any issues or discrepancies.


    • Evaluate and recommend new benefits providers or enhancements to existing programs based on company needs and employee feedback.


  • Compliance and Documentation:



    • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations regarding employee benefits.


    • Maintain up-to-date documentation on benefits policies, procedures, and regulations.


  • Communication and Education:



    • Develop and deliver benefits communications and educational materials to employees, including open enrollment guides, benefits summaries, and FAQs.


    • Conduct benefits orientation sessions and workshops to educate employees on available programs and options.


  • Project Management:



    • Assist in the design and implementation of new benefits programs or changes to existing programs.


    • Lead or participate in benefits-related projects, including open enrollment and benefits benchmarking studies.


Qualifications:



  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.


  • 3+ years of experience in benefits administration or a similar role.


  • Knowledge of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives.


  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.


  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HRIS systems.


  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.


  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.


  • Professional in Human Resources (PHR) or Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) designation.

Pay Details: $25.00 to $30.00 per hour Search managed by: TroyElan Richardson
