LHH is seeking a Bilingual Administrator for a wonderful non-profit organization in Sandy Springs, GA dedicated to supporting individuals. The Administrator plays a crucial role in providing direct administrative support to the Clinical Services Department. This position is responsible for maintaining accurate database systems, generating necessary reports, and assisting with general administrative tasks under the direction of department leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain client records in multiple database systems with accuracy and confidentiality
- Communicate with hemophilia treatment centers and staff regarding new clients and updates
- Manage the internal clinic calendar and schedule for the clinical team
- Assist with data entry, report statistics, and document management
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational standards
- Collaborate with the Clinical Services team on various projects and initiatives
Qualifications:
- Bilingual (Spanish Speaking) required
- Minimum 2 years of experience using Salesforce or other CRM software
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced Excel skills
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently on assigned tasks
- Attention to detail, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities
