LHH is seeking a dynamic and eager HR Assistant to join one of our clients in Sandy Springs. The HR Assistant will support the Human Resources department in ensuring smooth and efficient business operations. This role will assist with administrative tasks, employee onboarding, records management, and compliance with labor regulations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about supporting a positive employee experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and coordinating candidate communications.
Support new hire onboarding and orientation processes.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HRIS systems.
Help administer employee benefits and respond to related inquiries.
Prepare HR-related reports as needed (e.g., turnover, attendance).
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies.
Assist with payroll processing and timekeeping audits.
Provide general administrative support to the HR team.
Qualifications:
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
1–2 years of experience in an administrative or HR support role.
Familiarity with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Pay Details: $21.00 to $23.00 per hour
