We’re looking for a highly organized and proactive Logistics Coordinator to support one of our outstanding clients in Sandy Springs. This position plays a key role in streamlining logistics operations, ensuring timely deliveries, and enhancing supply chain performance. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, communicates effectively, and enjoys solving complex problems.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Oversee and coordinate daily logistics activities including shipping, receiving, and inventory control.

  • Manage schedules for inbound and outbound shipments to ensure prompt delivery.

  • Liaise with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to troubleshoot issues and maintain service standards.

  • Maintain accurate records for shipments such as invoices, customs forms, and bills of lading.

  • Review logistics data to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.

  • Ensure adherence to company policies and relevant regulations.

  • Contribute to ongoing process improvement efforts within logistics and operations.

Qualifications

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or a related discipline preferred.

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in logistics coordination or a similar role.

  • Skilled in logistics platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office tools.

  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational capabilities.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks independently.

Preferred Experience

  • Familiarity with Transportation Management Systems (TMS).

  • Understanding of domestic and international shipping regulations.

  • Experience in warehouse operations and inventory management.



Pay Details: $24.00 to $27.00 per hour
