We’re looking for a highly organized and proactive Logistics Coordinator to support one of our outstanding clients in Sandy Springs. This position plays a key role in streamlining logistics operations, ensuring timely deliveries, and enhancing supply chain performance. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, communicates effectively, and enjoys solving complex problems.
Primary Responsibilities
Oversee and coordinate daily logistics activities including shipping, receiving, and inventory control.
Manage schedules for inbound and outbound shipments to ensure prompt delivery.
Liaise with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to troubleshoot issues and maintain service standards.
Maintain accurate records for shipments such as invoices, customs forms, and bills of lading.
Review logistics data to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
Ensure adherence to company policies and relevant regulations.
Contribute to ongoing process improvement efforts within logistics and operations.
Qualifications
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or a related discipline preferred.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in logistics coordination or a similar role.
Skilled in logistics platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office tools.
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational capabilities.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks independently.
Preferred Experience
Familiarity with Transportation Management Systems (TMS).
Understanding of domestic and international shipping regulations.
Experience in warehouse operations and inventory management.
Pay Details: $24.00 to $27.00 per hour
