Case Manager - Interim Housing Services
Location: Santa Ana, CA

Are you passionate about helping individuals experiencing homelessness achieve stability and rebuild their lives? LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking compassionate and experienced Case Managers to join our team at a large shelter in Santa Ana.
Shift Options:
Sunday-Thursday: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM, Swing shift 3 pm - 11 pm
(Other shifts may be available, inquire during the interview process)
Responsibilities:
Manage a caseload of approximately 25 clients.
Provide referrals and connect clients with essential services, including primary and behavioral health care.
Collaborate with other organizations to coordinate comprehensive care plans for guests.
Assist clients with housing applications and explore affordable housing options.
Advocate for clients with landlords to secure permanent housing solutions.
Facilitate psychosocial rehabilitation groups as required.
About the Shelter:
Our shelter provides a safe and supportive environment for men, women, and couples in need. With onsite security and a dedicated staff, we prioritize the well-being and success of our guests.
Preferred Experience:
Previous experience as a Case Manager is required.
Candidates with demonstrated stability and practical working experience are preferred.
Pay Details: $20.00 to $23.00 per hour
