LHH Recruitment Solutions is hiring a Housing Case Manager for our nonprofit client located in the Santa Ana area. This role will be 100% onsite and will be a full-time, contract-to-hire opportunity. The role will be working one weekend day. This Case Manager will be focusing on supporting a caseload of individuals who are experiencing homelessness and are in need of housing, medical, and other resources in order to reach their individual goals, including find a more stable housing environment.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's Degree desired
• Minimum 2 years experience in case management or social work
• Must have a Valid CA Driver's License
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office required

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work well with others, both internal and external contacts
• Compassion and empathy toward others and the passion for helping people
• Experience working within social services, especially case management
• Familiarity with ISPs and helping others to be linked to community resources
• Able to work within multiple software systems
