$20.00 - $23.00 per Hour
LHH Recruitment Solutions is hiring a Residential Case Manager for our nonprofit client located in the Santa Ana area. This role will be 100% onsite and will be a full-time opportunity. There are multiple shifts available - including a swing shift schedule.
This role will be focused on assisting clients with immediate medical needs and documentation resources in order to help towards the goal of transitioning into a more stable housing situation. This role will work with a caseload of clients throughout the day to continue to grow and reach their individualized service plan goals and support them wherever is needed. Interested candidates must feel comfortable working with the homeless demographic, including individuals who are experiencing mental health and/or substance abuse ailments.
Requirements- Minimum 2 years of case management/social services or similar experience required
- Must be proficient working within Microsoft Office
- HMIS experience strongly desired (not required)
- Bilingual English/Spanish desired (not required)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Able to work well within a high-pressure environment and de-escalate situations as needed
- Compassion and empathy for others
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and make sound judgment calls
- Can work within multiple software systems, including Microsoft Office
- Able to maintain professionalism with others and remain level headed in conflict siutaitons
