LHH Recruitment Solutions is hiring a Patient Service Rep for our healthcare client located in Santa Barbara. This position will be 100% onsite and a full-time, contract opportunity.

This position will be focused on administrative aspects of the front office including patient check in/out, helping update patient demographics, insurance verification, scheduling patient appointments, and collection of copays. This individual will need be able to provide a warm and welcoming environment for others within the clinic environment!

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years healthcare administration experience
• Proficiency working within EMR Systems and Microsoft Office

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong ability to multitask and adapt to different duties throughout the day
• Ability to work well within multiple software systems and be tech savvy
• Able to meet deadlines and work well under pressure
