LHH Recruitment Solutions is hiring a Resident Site Assistant for our nonprofit client located in Santa Barbara. This role will be part time hours and a Thursday-Sunday, swing shift. The role will be focused on assisting internal staff with resident needs such as intakes, documentation, and general day-to-day care. This is a very heavy support role.

Requirements

• All education levels welcome!
• Minimum 1 year customer service experience required
• Compassion and empathy for others

• Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to de-escalate situations
• Able to work under pressure and maintain composure in difficult situations
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to show compassion towards others
• Proficiency within Microsoft Office
• Able to multitask throughout the day and adapt when needed
