Job Title: Financial Analyst

Reports To: Director of Finance

Office Location: Santa Clarita, CA | On-site

Salary Range: $90,000 to $100,000 based on experience + a target 15% bonus

LHH Recruitment Solutions (Los Angeles) is partnering with a medical devices company in Santa Clarita to hire a Financial Analyst.

Description:

• Assist with the development of annual budgets and quarterly forecasts

• Perform actual vs budget variance analysis and work with the department heads to ensure that variances are properly explained or corrected

• Assist with the preparation of financial reports

• Establish and track KPI's

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business

• 2 to 3 years of accounting and FP&A experience

• Healthcare, medical devices, or manufacturing industry experience preferred

• Experience with Business Intelligence tools
