Are you the organized, proactive, and people-first professional who thrives in a dynamic environment? We’re looking for a HR/Office Coordinator to be the heartbeat of our workplace — the go-to person who keeps our operations running smoothly and our team connected and supported.

About the Role:

As our HR/Office Coordinator, you’ll wear many hats — part HR champion, part office operations guru. You'll be key in creating a positive employee experience, supporting day-to-day HR functions, and ensuring our office runs like a well-oiled machine.

What You’ll Do:

  • HR Support: Assist with onboarding, offboarding, recruitment coordination, and employee records management

  • Employee Engagement: Help plan events, support team-building efforts, and maintain a positive culture

  • Office Management: Manage supplies, vendors, and ensure the office is welcoming and efficient

  • Scheduling & Coordination: Book meetings, interviews, travel, and support internal communication

  • Process Improvement: Streamline administrative workflows and identify opportunities for efficiency

You Bring:

  • 2+ years of experience in HR, office administration, or a similar role

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

  • Discretion and professionalism with sensitive information

  • Familiarity with HRIS systems and office software (Google Workspace or MS Office)
