A dynamic and innovative company is seeking a Regulatory Affairs Specialist for a 3-month remote contract role with the potential for extension. This opportunity is open to candidates residing in Southern California, specifically within Los Angeles, Orange County, or San Diego.


The ideal candidate will have a strong regulatory background and industry experience in biotech, aerospace, life sciences, or medical devices. In this role, you will support regulatory strategy, ensure compliance with applicable regulations and standards, and assist in the preparation and submission of regulatory documents to domestic and international authorities.


This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge projects while working remotely from Southern California.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development, compilation, and submission of regulatory documentation

  • Ensure compliance with FDA, ISO, and other regulatory standards

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, Quality, Engineering) to support product development and regulatory pathways

  • Monitor regulatory changes and communicate potential impacts to internal teams

  • Support audits and inspections, as needed

Qualifications:

  • 2-3+ years of regulatory affairs experience in a relevant industry

  • Required to reside in Southern California

  • industry experience in biotech, aerospace, life sciences, or medical devices is required

  • Solid understanding of FDA, ISO, and global regulatory frameworks

  • Strong communication and organizational skills

  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Working Hours:

  • Full-time

  • Remote

  • Monday- Friday

  • 8:00am-5:00pm PST


Details:

  • Located in Santa Clarita, CA

  • 3 month contract role, could be extended

  • Compensation: $35.00-$50.00 per hour DOE
