Job Title: HR Generalist
Type: 6-month contract
Location: Santa Fe Springs, 100% on-site
Compensation: $35-38/hr
Job Description:
LHH is seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resources Generalist (HRG) to join our client's team on a 6-month contract basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ADP systems and union experience. This role is crucial in supporting our HR operations and ensuring compliance with labor regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and administer ADP systems for payroll, benefits, and employee records.
Handle union-related matters, including negotiations, grievances, and contract administration.
Provide guidance and support to employees on HR policies and procedures.
Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and training processes.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Collaborate with management to address HR issues and improve workplace culture.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an HR Generalist or similar role.
Proficiency in ADP systems.
Strong knowledge of union regulations and experience in union environments.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
Pay Details: $35.00 to $38.00 per hour
