Job Title: Leasing Agent (Bilingual in Spanish)

Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week

Start Date: ASAP

Location: Santa Rosa, CA 95405

About the Role:

Join our dynamic team as a Temporary Leasing Agent, where you’ll play a crucial role in helping individuals find their perfect home while contributing to the success of our community. This opportunity allows you to build valuable skills in property management, tenant relations, and affordable housing compliance—all within a supportive and collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:

• Engaging with Prospective Tenants: Conduct interviews, guide applicants through the process, and provide property tours.

• File Management: Process applications, request documentation, and ensure compliance with affordable housing guidelines, including Section 8 and tax credit programs.

• Move-In Coordination: Schedule move-in dates and prepare files for new residents, ensuring all details are managed with precision.

• Community Support: Answer phones, greet applicants and residents warmly, assist with marketing efforts, and coordinate resident communications and social events.

• Administrative Excellence: Manage rent payments, security deposits, and resident work orders, and maintain accurate documentation in tenant files.

What You’ll Need:

• Experience in administrative or office management.

• Knowledge of Section 8, tax credit, or similar programs (preferred).

• A valid California Driver’s License, auto insurance, and reliable transportation.

• This role involves desk-based computer tasks, occasional standing or walking, and regular use of a telephone and filing systems.
