Job Title: Office Assistant
Location: Santa Rosa, CA
Type: Contract to Hire
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay rate: $23-25/hour depending on experience
About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Office Assistant to support our client’s office in Santa Rosa. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity with a Monday through Friday schedule, offering a great path for long-term career growth in the real estate and title industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Open and prepare the office each morning to ensure a welcoming and organized start to the day.
Professionally handle a high volume of incoming phone calls, directing inquiries and providing excellent customer service.
Manage and respond to emails promptly, ensuring clear and professional communication with clients and internal teams.
Maintain a clean and orderly office environment to support smooth daily operations.
Greet clients and guide them to conference rooms for meetings, signings, or appointments.
Provide general administrative support, including making copies, scanning documents, and assisting with paperwork as needed.
Qualifications:
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and high call volume with professionalism and efficiency.
Basic understanding of real estate or escrow processes is a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and general email etiquette.
