We are seeking a seasoned Probate Paralegal to enhance our dedicated team. This role involves providing comprehensive support in managing high-volume, intricate probate and trust administration cases. Your expertise will ensure the seamless progression of estate matters, reflecting our commitment to excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and file probate documents, including petitions, motions, inventories, and accountings.
Manage estate accounts and assist in the liquidation and transfer of property.
File life insurance claims and coordinate with beneficiaries and next of kin.
Conduct legal research and stay abreast of local court rules to guide estate decisions.
Qualifications:
Minimum of [insert years] years of experience in probate and trust administration.
Proficiency in EstateWorks, HotDocs, BNA 706 tax preparation, iManage, and MS Office Suite.
FRP and/or CLA certifications preferred.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
