Job Title: Supply Chain Implementation Coordinator
Location: Savannah, GA 31404

Pay: $25hr to $30hr based off experience
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Type: Temporary (6-month assignment with potential for extension)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a self-starting, relationship-driven Supply Chain Implementation Coordinator to support the execution of supply room improvements and nursing satisfaction initiatives at a healthcare facility in Savannah, GA. This is a hands-on, project-based role ideal for someone with supply chain experience and strong interpersonal skills.

The successful candidate will collaborate closely with nursing and clinical teams to optimize supply workflows, enhance inventory management, and support overall operational efficiency.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and coordinate supply room layout updates and inventory improvements.

  • Collaborate with nursing staff to gather feedback and resolve supply-related issues.

  • Monitor and support nursing satisfaction regarding supply availability and accessibility.

  • Assist with maintaining accurate Min/Max inventory levels across storeroom and clinical areas.

  • Participate in supply chain process improvements and rollout of new tools and initiatives.

  • Conduct regular walkthroughs of supply spaces to ensure cleanliness, organization, and compliance.

  • Communicate effectively with clinical teams, supply chain personnel, and facility leadership.

  • Attend required trainings related to safety, compliance, and operational improvements.

  • Perform additional duties as needed to support department goals.


Qualifications:

Required:

  • High School Diploma or GED

  • 1+ year experience in supply chain, materials management, or healthcare operations



Pay Details: $25.00 to $30.00 per hour
