Collections Specialist Job Responsibilities
- Manage collections activities, calls, and emails for your assigned portfolio
- Resolve client discrepancies and short payments
- Reconciliation of customer accounts and monitor assigned accounts with follow up actions.
- Respond to internal and external requests
- Prepare monthly ad hoc outstanding balance statements
Qualifications
- Must have 3-5 years of high-volume collections experience
- Advanced Excel skills (vlookups, pivot tables, etc.)
- Extensive knowledge of billing and collections procedures
- Commitment to exceptional customer service
- Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
- Sharp attention to detail
Pay Details: $24.00 to $27.00 per hour
