LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a company that is in need of a interim controller consultant. This role will be approximately 3 months and start immediately. The consultant will be 100% remote and take on the day to day controller responsibilities while the current controller takes on additional projects. This is a hands on controller role and will not supervise staff, only processes to ensure deadlines are met.

Responsibilities:

Work with other staff members to ensure a seamless close process while meeting deadlines

Review and handle any accounts payable escalations

Lead and manage month end close activities

Cash flow management and analysis

Review entries and reconciliations

Discrepancy resolution

Sales tax filings

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Accounting or similar

8+ years of experience as a controller

Experience as a hands on controller in a small company that is experiencing growth

ERP experience

Ability to manage tasks in a remote environment

Excellent communication skills

Deadline driven

Preferred:

PE back company experience

CPA

Pay: $50-$60/hour
