In this role, you will be a vital link between our company and our customers, providing exceptional service and building lasting relationships. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about helping others, possess excellent communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. This is a Contract to Hire opportunity located near Schaumburg IL.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Identify and resolve customer issues and complaints, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Develop a thorough understanding of our products and services to accurately answer customer questions.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges, and track shipments.
- Collect and document customer feedback and suggestions for improvement.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update customer information as needed.
- Work closely with other departments, such as sales and technical support, to resolve customer issues.
- Follow company policies and procedures to ensure consistent and accurate service.
- Anticipate customer needs and proactively provide solutions.
- Contribute to the development of customer service best practices.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in a customer service role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations.
- Proficiency in using computers and relevant software applications (e.g., CRM systems, ticketing systems).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Positive attitude and customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and procedures.

- Monday-Friday Onsite
- Pay $20-$23 an hour, depending on experience
