HH is partnering with a long-time client to find an experienced ERP Consultant with a background in Microsoft Dynamics BC Development and Implementation that is Fully Remote!!

Responsibilities:

• Conduct client interviews to capture ERP system requirements, analyze operational workflows, and draft technical specifications.

• Execute ERP implementations for Microsoft Dynamics suite (GP, NAV, AX, D365), encompassing design, configuration, testing, data migration, and launch support.

• Collaborate on custom application development to enhance or integrate with current systems.

• Support cross-departmental collaboration, aiding helpdesk, sales, development, network, and ERP teams.

Must Haves:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.

• At least two years of experience with ERP software or in a related domain.

• Familiarity with standard industry practices and procedures.

• Professional demeanor and attire with a commitment to excellent customer service.

• Quick learner with a keen interest in new technologies.

• Skilled in simplifying complex technical details for a non-technical audience.

• Effective team collaboration and strong interpersonal communication abilities.

Nice to Have:

• Insight into manufacturing, distribution, or service industry operations.

• Innovative problem-solving skills with a track record of implementing effective solutions.

• Proven influence on divisional procedures and decision-making.

• Strategic contribution to management and organizational planning.

• Proficiency in Japanese is an asset.
