Project Accountant
LHH Recruitment Solutions is hiring a direct hire Project Accountant in Schaumburg. This role is 100% onsite in Schaumburg.
Direct hire
Salary: $60-65K
***Must have construction or engineering project billing experience.
Location: Schaumburg, IL
Duties:
Percentage of completion and AIA billing
Filling out G702, G703 forms
Completing partial and final lien waivers
Staying up to date on specific jobs, entering new jobs and maintaining/keeping track of them
Communicating with customers and managing payment methods
Creating reports to provide management with collection data, aging schedules and other information
Maintaining accurate financial data in the accounting system
Petty cash, reconciliations, daily cash reporting and updating cash flow reports
