The Welding Engineer will focus on optimizing welding processes to improve production efficiency and ensure high-quality outputs. This role involves programming, troubleshooting, and process improvement while collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet manufacturing goals and ensure safety and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Program, troubleshoot, and optimize robotic welding systems for quality and efficiency.

  • Develop and maintain welding parameters and procedures for OTC systems.

  • Design and improve welding processes, fixtures, and tooling.

  • Work with maintenance teams to ensure optimal performance of robotic systems.

  • Troubleshoot and repair robotic welding equipment (hardware/software).

  • Oversee preventive maintenance to reduce downtime.

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Welding Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field preferred

  • 3+ years of experience in welding engineering

  • Expertise with OTC robotic systems, programming, and troubleshooting preferred
