We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accounts Receivable Specialist to join a growing team near Schultz, MI. This role is critical to ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of customer payments and account management. Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and manage outstanding customer accounts

• Process daily payments and apply to the appropriate accounts

• Generate customer invoices and send statements regularly

• Conduct account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies

• Contact customers via phone and email regarding past due accounts

• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve billing issues

• Maintain accurate records of all accounts receivable activity

• Assist with month-end close processes related to AR

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of accounts receivable or billing experience

• Strong understanding of AR processes and customer account management

• Experience with accounting software or ERP systems preferred

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic data entry

• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills

• Strong communication and customer service abilities
