• Checking in and out of new and existing patients
• Checking validity of prescriptions, authorization, insurance verification, and insurance and eligibility requirements
• Updating patient demographics consistently
• Reviewing and responding to patient needs
• Ensure shipping of medical supply orders are updated and notated prior to shipping
• Contact and communicate with patients accordingly to ensure delivery information is up to date for medical supplies
• Additional clerical duties as needed

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Bilingual in Spanish

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a Medical Front Office or Patient Intake position
• DME experience is a plus
• Proficient experience in Microsoft Office, Excel, and Word
• Ability to effectively and efficiently multi-task
• Ability to work individually and collaboratively, high interpersonal skills
• Highly detailed and sense of urgency
• Strong customer service skills while being highly professional
