Contract HR Benefits Analyst

LHH Recruitment is working with a company in Scottsdale in search of a contract benefits analyst. This is a six month contract, Monday-Friday 8am-5pm, with one day a week work from home.

This position plays a key role in supporting the administration of employee benefits programs and requires strong proficiency in Excel and ADP Workforce Now.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer and support benefits programs including health, dental, vision, HSA/FSA, life insurance, and 401(k).
  • Use Excel to perform data audits, generate reports, and analyze trends (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, formulas, etc.).
  • Leverage ADP Workforce Now to manage benefits data, run reports, and ensure data integrity.
  • Assist with benefits enrollment processes, employee communications, and compliance reporting.
  • Resolve employee benefit inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with HR and payroll teams to ensure accurate benefits processing and documentation.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in HR benefits administration or related role.
  • Advanced Excel skills required (including VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, and complex formulas).
  • Experience with ADP Workforce Now is required.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer-service mindset.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
