LHH Recruitment is working with a company in North Scottsdale. This company is in search of a full time customer service and order entry representative. This job is fully onsite, Monday-Friday 7am-4pm and will require some local travel(Coolidge, Casa Grande, etc). You must have reliable transportation to be considered for this job.
Position Summary:
The Customer Service & Order Entry Specialist will serve as the front line of communication with customers, handling inquiries, processing orders, and ensuring a smooth order-to-delivery experience. This role also includes occasional travel to nearby locations for on-site visits, customer support, or inventory coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person with professionalism and accuracy
Enter and manage customer orders in our internal system
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment
Provide updates and follow-ups with customers regarding order status
Assist with basic administrative tasks and documentation
Travel locally as needed (typically once per week) to customer sites or company locations (Casa Grande, Coolidge, etc.)
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required
2+ years of customer service and/or order entry experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Organized with excellent attention to detail
Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for local travel

Pay Details: $22.00 to $25.00 per hour
